How can I initiate a product return?

• You have the option to return one or more items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• For a successful return, please ensure that the items are in unused and undamaged condition.

• Packaging is crucial; please return the goods exactly as you received them. This ensures the safe return of the items without any damage.

Return Instructions:

To initiate a return, please enter your order number and the email associated with the order.

Then select the items you wish to return and choose a reason from the available options. In the next step, you will receive an email with a QR code. Simply scan the QR code at a DHL location and drop off your package effortlessly.

Alternatively, you can print the return label yourself.

What are our return fees?

In our effort to minimize environmental impact, we charge a small return fee, which depends on your location. Please note that refunds will be processed minus the applicable return fee.

• For returns within Germany, we charge a flat fee of €6.90
• EU €15

How are refunds processed?

The refund will be processed promptly after receiving the undamaged goods to the payment method you used for the purchase.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

You can expect to receive a refund for the returned items within 14 business days from the date of the return confirmation. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
