Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – Izanami GbR – of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement sent by post or email. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose.

Please observe the withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back to us – Izanami GbR, Attn: Nguma, Büsingstrasse 8, 12161 Berlin, Germany – without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all parts of the packaging. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to protect the goods from transport damage.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us postage due.

3) Please note that the above conditions 1-2 are prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
